The living area is wonderfully decorated and our sofa folds out to a queen sleeper. Master bedroom has a flat screen TV and the living area offers a TV with DVD player. Both TVs offer basic cable. Blue Heron Condos are non smoking and do not allow pets. There are no phones and no local phone service available. We have a pool on site for guest use. No BBQs allowed in condo or on the patios/decks. Blue Heron has a designated BBQing area. We restrict the parking to 2 vehicle only this would include a boat. Sorry no RV's allowed.
